Service Delivery through Innovation

During the past five years it became clear to us that many local municipalities do not have process and layout diagrams, and therefore we started providing these services to local municipalities to assist them in the compilation of the process and layout diagrams. The distribution network links between treatment facilities, storage reservoirs, communities using the water, pump stations and WWTW is often not known or poorly understood by local municipal officials and community members.
